ouputs and outcomes of your program.

We explore two types of evaluation questions and you learn to
construct a question to guide your evaluation.
Negotiating and Planning the Evaluation
In this section we discuss twelve steps necessary for
preparing for an evaluation and obtaining organizational support to
conduct the evaluation.
Evaluation Designs
Every evaluation plan needs an evaluation design based on a program
model. We examine program assessment designs.
Methods for Data Gathering
The characteristics of several methods of data gathering are discussed
and you select the method(s) most appropriate for your own project.
